Dutton House is a premium sober living community in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Austin, Texas serving working professionals committed to long term recovery.

Consistent stability, shared responsibility, and group support.

Structure

Mandatory 90 meetings in 90 days, logged by each resident. Curfew is 10pm on weeknights and 12am on weekends, and beds are made every morning.

Accountability

Every resident is drug tested at least once a week and the result is recorded by the house manager in Sobriety Hub, along with meeting attendance and mood and check in reflections on recovery progress.

Under new leadership

Dutton House is now run by Clay Canfield and Griffin Greene, two men in recovery.

Established in 2017, Dutton House entered a new chapter under Clay and Griffin. They live the program themselves, keep the standards high, and stay close to the day to day of the house.

Who is Dutton House for?
Dutton House is a men's sober living residence in Hyde Park, Austin, designed for working professional men committed to long-term recovery. Most residents are stepping down from treatment or bringing a 90-in-90 mindset to their next chapter of sobriety.
How do I apply?
Submit an application through our online form on the Apply page. We'll review it and reach out. If it looks like a good match, we'll set up a time for you to come by the house and meet the team.
How much does it cost?
$1,200 per month for a double room and $2,000 per month for a single room. Sober living is private pay and is not billed through insurance.
What are the requirements to move in?
Residents commit to sobriety, active participation in a recovery program, house meetings, drug and alcohol testing through Sobriety Hub, and respectful conduct with housemates. Employment or a clear path to it is expected.
